Some ice has been given back from the Silver Stick tournament and I have grabbed an hour for a practice.
We have a full practice at PASA #1 on Sunday Jan 15 at 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. However we want to have the kids there at 1:30 pm for outdoor training. This training only works with everyone there so please make every effort to be available.
We are asking the kids to be at the arena parking lot dressed warmly( hats and jackets) with their practice jersey washed and out of their bag so we can do outdoor on ground training with colours. This training is positional training not work out. So you will just need your jersey gloves and stick.
If anyone can not make this training and/or practice please let me know. If it is because of a ride I can arrange that.
