Application
In order to secure a spot for your team in the tournament, applications must be accompanied with full payment and team roster with birthdates and travel permits.A copy of your team’s certified roster must be presented at the Tournament Office before your first game.
Replacement Players
Up to three players and a goalie of equal or lessor skill level may replace. A player replacement form must be submitted with roster.
Entries will be received on a first come, first serve basis (max. 14 teams per division).

Cheques may be post-dated no later than Nov. 30, 2017.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS after NOVEMBER 16, 2017.
Refunds prior to this are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Teams not accepted will receive their full payment back.
Final tournament information and game schedule will be sent out early in Dec 2018.
