NEW Novice Skills Camps
In order to improve the hockey experience and build on the development of our Instructional Program we are excited to offer
two 8 week sessions of Skill Development camps for our Novice House League players.
The first sessions will start Nov 4 - Dec 23 Sunday mornings at Sarnia Arena 9:00 - 10:00 am. The weekly sessions will focus on drills to improve individual skills with the ultimate goal of improving our hockey program for Rep and House League plus adding to the enjoyment of the sport for all of our players.
Each session will be
limited to the first 40 players who commit to all 8 weeks at a cost of $80/player. Please contact
Tim Turner, Registrar to enrol in this program.
The format of the weekly sessions will be as follows and will include guest coaching appearances weekly.
Week 1 - Skating
Week 2 - Puck Handling
Week 3 - Backward Skating
Week 4 - Passing and Shooting
Week 5 - Skating
Week 6 - Puck Handling
Week 7 - Backward Skating
Week 8 - Passing and Shooting
