Final Days will be played on March 28 at the following time slots.
Here are the times for you Final Days games on Thursday, March 28th.
CWR 5:00 – 6:15 Peewee D Cup 7th place team vs 8th place team
CWB 5:30 – 6:45 Peewee C Cup 5th place team vs 6th place team
CWR 6:15 – 7:30 Peewee B Cup 3rd place team vs 4th place team
CWB 6:45 – 8:00 Peewee A Cup 1st place team vs 2nd place team
TEAMS NEED TO BE READY TO PLAY 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO SCHEDULED TIMES IN CASE WE ARE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE
For example, referee’s and players need to be ready to step on the ice and begin at 6:00 pm for the 6:15 game on CWR if the rink is cleared and ready to go.
For final days the following time format shall be used for ALL games:
From the time the teams enter the playing surface a 3 minute warm up shall be put on the clock. Game is to commence at the expiry of 3 minutes.
· 3 periods of 15 minute running time. The clock is to be kept running in the event of an injury. If a period expires while an injury is being attended to, do not start the time on the next period.
· Stop time will be used in the final 2 minutes of the third period if the goal differential is two or less.
· Games do not fall under curfew for final days.
· If a game is tied at the end of three periods of play the following rules shall apply.
· Five minutes of running time overtime 4-on-4 until one team scores.
· If no one has scored at the end of 5 minutes the teams will play 3-on-3 until one team scores.
