This season the every coach was given a set of ethics and values to follow.  I gave these to the coaches knowing full well that one of these gentlemen, who have each now influenced every player’s life would be in the running to be considered Coach of the Year.  I’m looking for a few sentences, a few paragraphs, or even a small novel.  How did your coach make your child’s experience more than just a few games of hockey?  Which of these coaches utilized these ethics and values to help your child grow?  Minor Hockey isn’t always about putting points on the scoreboard and numbers in the “W” column.  Please take 5 min and let us know why your coach is coach of the year.
