Great first weekend folks. Had a great time with kids on saturday!!!
Couple loose ends to clear up.
1. If you were not able to make it the first week, If you could contact me this week, we can make arrangements for you to get jersey and socks for week 2.
2. Please use white tape and a marker and mark children's helmet with there first name, and maybe put it on the stick knob as well, that way we can identify easier and not end up with lots of sticks and no owners.
3. We will be doing most, if not all communication thru the website this year so make sure you check it for details/schedules ect.
4. Pictures, if you take a great pic of son or daughter and you are ok with sharing it, could you please send to me and I will put pics up throughout the year, on our webpage.
5. Engage the kids that are not up and skating yet, try to encourage them to try skates on at home on off days and get them standing with skates on. This will build confidence and strengthen legs and ankles, they will need to eventually skate! Usually we get all kids up and skating by 3rd or 4th week, and after that the skys the limit.
6. Have FUN!
