Schedule For The Summer
As per Coach Dave Williams, below are some details of upcoming events for our players.  Baseline/Crossfit training at “We Are Fitness” - wearefitness.ca.

We Are Fitness, is a fully equipped CrossFit and Program Specific training facility, located at 704-133 Mara St., Point Edward, ON - 519-332-1923      

Below are the dates for our mandatory baseline/crossfit training session that the entire team is being asked to attend.      



Wednesday, June 25 at 6 p.m.  
Wednesday, July 16th at 6p.m.  
Wednesday, August 13 at 6 p.m.  
Wednesday, September 10th at 6 p.m.      

Also we are encouraging the team to continue to work out and stay fit during the summer and “We Are Fitness” is offering any players interested in working-out a $100 a month unlimited crossfit membership – Players can take cross fit classes or do their own thing.      

August Ice time at RBC 1:
     
Wed August 13th 8:00 - 9:00p.m.  
Mon August 18th 6:00 - 7:00p.m.  
Wed August 20th 8:00 - 9:00p.m.  
Mon August 25th 8:15 - 9:15p.m.  
Wed August 27th 7:00 - 8:00p.m.
