Maroons Continue To Chip Away at the Competition
The Maroons were upset by a disappointing loss today, 5-3 to Orange. The net was held by Mathieu DesRochers who made some really big saves pad saves through out the game. Justin Flamminio earned Player of the Game this week for his effort and continued improvement throughout the season.
The Maroons had a full roster skate today. Mason Guerrette was back after a 6 week vacation on the IR list. He played on the DeHaan/Flamminio line which had some big offensive plays only to be stonewalled by the Orange goalie.
The Maroons scored 3 times today. Colton Lotz had beauty outside fake and put an unassisted score late in the second period. Logan Jones gained an assist shooting from high in the slot, Luke Anjema dug out a rebound and put the puck in the net. The last goal was another unassisted one, slid past Orange late in the third.
The Maroons were unable to capitalize with an extra attacker for the last 2 minutes of the game. But they will be able to try again next Saturday Night. The Maroons will be playing Saturday at 5pm in the Old Barn on Brock Street!

This will be a good one to fill some seats with friends and family that don't normally get up at 6AM on Sundays! Chase DeHaan will be in net! We will be showcasing the 'L' Train Line - Luke, Liam, and Logan. We will also be skating our Celebrity Line featuring movie star twins Mason and Casey G with Mathiue DesRochers. Look for our future star line Olivia, Rhys and Justin. On defense you'll see 3 pairs so great they are like the top of a BBQ! Ryerson and Julia, Colton and Nick, Claire and Abilene.
