Forward/Defence Camp
This program will combine forward and defence players. Players will be split into their positions where they will focus on specific forward and defence skills. These players will come together to work on game situational skills such as 1-1’s, 2-1’s, 3-2’s, breakouts, attacking the offensive zone, defending the defensive zone and much more.
Forward Players
Players will work on all 3 positions, Left/Right Wings and Center. Skating will be the foundation of each session working on positional skating skills that will be used in game situations. Quick starts/stops, changing directions, Crossing over to gain speed, lateral movements, puck control, puck protection, giving and receiving passes in motion, becoming a passing option, defensive, offensive and neutral zone play, how to become a scoring option, shooting in traffic, these are only a few of the many skills and concepts that will be taught during each 1 hour session.
Defence Players
Looking to dominate on the blue line? This program will help you work on techniques and drills to help expand your skill set. Skating will be a main area of focus, backward skating, backward quick starts, lateral movements. Defensemen will work on a variety of skills each day from; shooting technique and accuracy, strong first pass, net front play, D-zone coverage, angling, jumping into the play, Offensive zone play, how to become an offensive threat from the blue line, reading the ice, gap control and much more. These sessions will help defence work on and expand their knowledge of their position making them a more effective defensemen.

Shooting/Stickhandling Camp
This program will combine stick handling and shooting throughout each session. Players will understand the role that each hand has on their stick and how to effectively handle and protect a puck. Players will work on stick handling patterns, learn effective moves for different in game situations, become more comfortable handling the puck at high speeds.
Shooting will be incorporated in each session, all shots will be broken, wrist shot, backhand, snap shot, slap shot, one timers. These shots will be practiced at slow speeds followed by shooting off of a pass, shooting in motion, shooting in traffic, shot selection in different situations, shot accuracy and much more.
