Tier 3 Win the Motown Cup!!!
What an amazing end to our tournament In Dearborn Michigan on the weekend.
Our boy's battled for the puck hard all game long against a team that consisted of all 2007 birth year player's. What seemed like an unfair advantage to our 2008 birth year boy's was overcome by our teams heart and unwillingness to give up!! It turned out to be a extremely intense and nerve-racking Championship game that took overtime and then eventually it took fourteen shooters in shoot-out to close the deal and win our first tournament as a team. We have been on the doorstep many times this year and it was awesome to finally to be rewarded for a full team effort. With our playoff's just around the corner I'm sure this will give our boy's the boost of confidence and desire to continue to stay focused and work hard together as a team. Thank you to the parents,coaches and our 17 wonderful hard working hockey player's for the exciting tournament.
