Homework Week #1
Good Day Everyone! I hope everyone is having a great long weekend. As we discussed in the parent meeting, I am starting the weekly "homework" assignment for the team. I will be attempting to update with a new task every Sunday night. Understandably, people will be out of town, on vacations, etc. If you miss a week, do not worry about it. The point of this exercise is to help the kids slowly prepare for the season. So, let's get it going!
Week 1: Shoot 50 pucks 2x this week
Do 10 push-ups and 10 jumping jacks 3x this week
Be sure to help with form for the exercises. Also, goalies should be shooting pucks also!
