Tryout #3
Greetings
I would like to thank all the parents and players for their patience and understanding while we were getting this process kick started. All the players did a great job over the last 2 tryouts. The tryout process when releasing young players is always the most difficult part of being a coach. All of the players out there are good kids as well as they all showed great promise as athletes.
Every coach will tell you that they look for different things when picking a sports team. Some of the qualities that are observed for a well-rounded player are things like coachability, work ethic, skill, being a team player. These attributes are something coaches can work on with players and some of them are things that parents and the players themselves must work on.
For those that will not be moving on keep working hard and enjoy your 2019/2020 season.
