IMPORTANT REMINDERS
To date we have a large number of boys who have not done the Baseline Testing. If the testing is not done Suspensions from the Club SHA will be handed out and players will not be able to play...Please try and get the boys to complete the test tonight . As of now the SHA records show that we only have 8 of our players have completed the testing. Please make sure your player picks Sarnia Jr Sting/ Not Lambton Jr Sting - See full instructions below.
Also We will see everyone on Friday at 7:30 at the Western Fairgrounds for our 8:30 p.m. game and don’t forget to bring you money for the name bars as well as your first installment cheque of $275.00, as it is due by Sunday (the other 2 cheques can be postdated for Oct $275 and Nov $300).
Baseline Testing (Concussion Management)
Please find below a link and instructions for your team’s baseline concussion test. All representative players must take this test prior to their first league game. No player will be allowed on the ice until they have completed the test.

Note: Please ensure that the test is taken in a quiet room with no interruptions.
The test should be treated like an exam.
Please remove yourself from any distractions that might affect your concentration.
This year’s program has a built in response device that picks up on the subtitles of response. If a player conducting the test is not responding at a 100% the test will come up invalid and you will have to re take the test under supervision.
MAKE SURE YOUR POP UP BLOCKER IS OFF OR TEST WILL NOT LAUNCH
Step 1: www.impacttestonline.com/CMRG
Step 2: Under select Province ONTARIO. Under organization select Sarnia Minor Hockey and code.
Step 3: Access Code 76B1811CD0 the last number of the code is zero
Step 4: Select your team under organization and begin test.
Please set aside 25min for completion. It’s best to print this page to begin testing.
