A hard fought weekend by both Sarnia teams resulted in medals for both teams in Buffalo this weekend. The teams had a variety of scorers as well as some offensive and defensive wins, while both goalies held us in games by standing on their heads earning both teams a spot to the finals!
Team White finished first in their division with two very close games in the semi-final and final games clinching 1st in the end! The team played well together and should be proud of themselves!
Team Black was given the challenge of two big games in their round robin play to advance and they brought their best hockey play of the whole tournament and moved on to the semi-final and final games. Although the came up short in the end they played some hard fought amazing hockey and made huge improvements as the weekend went along!
The coaching staff is proud of every single one of the players and how hard they played this weekend! Each and every one of them made Sarnia proud! Go Sting!!
