Notice: Annual General Meeting, May 5, 2026
The SHA will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on Tuesday May 5, 2026, at Clearwater ArenaLower Hall with the meeting commencing at 7:00 pm.
The purpose of the AGM is for;
1. Hearing and receiving reports and statements required by the Association at an annual generalmeeting.
2. Electing such officers as are to be elected at such Annual General Meeting,
3. Appointing an auditor or person to conduct a review engagement of the Associations financial records.
4. The transaction of any other business properly brought before the meeting, and
5. Amending the constitution and bylaws of the Association, if applicable.
6. Acts of Directors Motion
7. Directors Consent and Conflict of Interest for 2026/27 Season.
To be eligible to vote at the AGM, a SHA Member must have attended two ordinary meetings in
the past season. Board meetings are open to all members.
