Attention all SHA players and coaches from U9 to U21! Mark your calendars and sharpen your skates because the Frozen February Skills Competition is coming! REGISTRATION OPENS DEC 1st 2024 - CLOSES DEC 31st 2024

There has been an increasing number of complaint this season within the U18/21 Division about on ice verbal abuse. It is understood though not condoned that chirping other players will happen within the game of hockey. However, it is not acceptable to use language that is demeaning, racial, abusive, discriminatory, vulgar, sexual or derogatory in nature while doing this. The officials have been notified to be on the watch and penalize the players as appropriate for this type of behaviour. Which may include players being suspended. I just wanted to thank all the volunteers this season. Without you sacrificing your time this season could not happen. Just a quick reminder to all of you that the VSC screening (pending or complete) must be uploaded to the OHF by November. This is a new step this year. If this is not done your team can not be rostered and you will not be permitted on the bench until it is complete. Thank you for taking the time to have this done as it is a time sensitive issue. Just a reminder to everyone. There is no game next weekend on Thanksgiving Sunday. League play will resume on Oct 20th. 

The U21 Hockey Season this Sunday Oct 6th at 7pm on Clearwater Blue and 7:15 on Clearwater Red.
