5.10 DECLARATION OF TEAMS See SHA Policy 2.02
The team roster must be completed via HCR by the end of each team’s tryouts. Any exception must be approved by the Representative Teams Management Committee. Bench staff names, date of birth and positions (i.e., Manager, Assistant Coach, Trainer, Assistant Trainer, etc.) must be provided. An approved team roster cannot be obtained without this information.
The SHA Registrar will provide the bench staff name and positions to the President of SHA so they may provide the team information on which criminal record check documents are required for each bench staff.
