Congratulations to Sky Blue Thunder for winning the Sarnia U13 House league championship.  As expected, a stiff competition with Silver team lead to 2 OTs and a3rd round of shoot out to decide a winner.  This team continues to have grit to fight to the bitter end.  On behalf of Coach Aaron, Jeff, and Manuel great job team.  You are truly a pleasure to coach. Congratulations to Xander week 20's Golden Helmut winner.  Xander has really finished the season strong.  Once making the transition to forward from defense, he is consistently making impactful plays both on the forecheck and backcheck.  Awesome job Xander.

Congratulations to Eli N. week 18's Golden Helmet winner.  After a great tournament, the team struggled to get in the first house league back.  Eli N. once again demonstrated strong leadership skill turning the momentum in Blue Thunders favour.  Keep up the great work Eli.

Congratulations to Xander week 17's Golden Helmet winner.  In a game where lots of team members deserved this honour, Xander has earned the title for consistently being in the right spot at the right time.  Over the last number of games, the team is elevating their level of play, and Xander demonstrated that by always being in position and creating many opportunities for the team. Also, special shout out to Finley who buried a great rebound and created several other scoring chances.

Congratulations to Eli N, Brynlee, Gavin, Nolan, and Theo for winning "Player of the Game" during the Riverside Family in Windsor.  Another great showing by team Sky Blue Thunder taking home 2nd place.
