Submitted By Amanda Madere on Tuesday, November 27, 2018
This past weekend the Minor Midget MD team participated in the North London Classic MD Tournament. They finished with a 5-0 record winning the Championship Finals 4-1 over Brantford.  Friday night started with round robin play with a 1-0 win over Brantford.

Saturday brought wins against the  Stouffville Clippers 4-0 and the Oakville Predators 6-1.  Sunday, the midgets played the Halton Hills Thunder and were victorious 2-1.  The team met with the Brantford 99ers again in Finals and won 4-1 in a hard fought game. Players of the games for the weekend were Zach Mckinlay Hultgren, Nolan Jennings, Carson Vandervies and Jacob Zalesak.  The goalies and defence were outstanding allowing only 3 goals against the entire weekend.  A great weekend was had by all.  Congratulations to the team and coaching staff!
