Volunteer Opportunity - Alliance Championship Director
Submitted By Amanda Madere on Sunday, March 1, 2020
Sarnia Hockey is looking for a volunteer interested in taking a lead role and running one of the Alliance Championship Events for the 2021 & 2022 Years.

Events that are available to Sarnia Hockey at this time are:

Alliance Cross Ice and Half Ice Jamboree (U8, U7 HL & MD Divisions)
Alliance HL Championship Tournament (U9, U11, U13, U15, U18, U21 Divisions)

This volunteer would be responsible for:

Managing the Event, Providing SHA with a Budget and Event Proposal, Submitting the Proposal to Alliance Hockey, Generating a volunteer Pool, Attending 1 or 2 Alliance Recreational Council Meetings and Reporting to the board of directors both pre & post event updates

What this event does for Sarnia Hockey:

Generates income to reduce the overall costs of the following season

Provides additional opportunities for our membership to participate

Showcases our Association and Community to people than may not normally come here
