City of Sarnia R-Zone Policy
At the September 14, 2020 regular meeting, Sarnia City Council directed staff to develop an R-Zone Policy and consult with the public for application in all city recreation programs and facilities, and return said policy to Council for consideration at their November 23, 2020 meeting. An R-Zone stands for respect and responsibility: Respect for yourself; Respect for others and Responsibility for your actions. The R-Zone policy promotes a positive, safe, and supportive environment for all users, visitors, and staff that use and operate within our indoor and outdoor recreational infrastructure.
The attached report is the final City policy that affects all members of SHA. We ask that you take a few minutes to read the policy at is important to all of our members. Thank you.
