OHF Insurance 101
Submitted By Caroline Vallee on Saturday, January 7, 2017
Setting up some dry land training to take your team to their peak fitness level?
Planning a party to celebrate the season?
How about a team skate on Lake Chipican?
Or collecting bottles to raise team funds?

All Hockey Canada participants, that is all players, officials, coaches, trainers, named volunteers and staff are covered by the National Insurance Program.  This coverage is limited.

Find out if your planned activity is covered and if there are specific requirements to go along with.

Please consider familiarizing yourself with OHF's Insurance Guide which describes the National Insurance Program. The guide includes a detailed list of events and activities that are covered and their conditions.  It also specifically deals with off-ice events and activities and provides a list of events that are not covered.

Click HERE to access the guide.  The guide is also accessible as a Quick Link from our Resources Menu.
