First tournament win of the season!

The Sarnia Sting Bantam MD team captured their first tournament championship in Whitby, Ontario by winning the Edge Again Cup!

The Sting managed to go undefeated in the tournament managing a 5-0 record over the weekend.  The players played excellent despite being shorthanded with injuries throughout the weekend.  Special congratulations to the defence, which consisted of Greg Ross, Damon Skinn-Wai, Brendan Bouterse, Josh D'Angela and Logan Johnston who played shorthanded throughout the tournament, usually playing the games with only four players.  The defence and goaltending duo of Lennox Jagoo and Cameron Stevens managed to only allow four goals against throughout the entire tournament.

The Sting played the Oshawa Generals in the tournament finals managing a 3-1 win in an exciting tournament finale.

Congratulations Team!!!
