Sarnia Sting Major Novice Tier II Team Tournament Finalists
Submitted By Mark Stack on Thursday, December 22, 2016

Congrats to the T2 Major Novice Finalists @ the North London Classic in November

It was a great weekend all around, the boys played some great hockey over the course of the weekend and continue to make forward strides as a team on and off the ice. After going 2 -1 in the round robin play, they were all set to do battle (eye black included) with the West London Hawks in the finals. The boys fell behind 3 -0 after two periods, but showed their true grit and determination during the third period to tie it up 3 -3.

Unfortunately we couldn't close the deal and lost 4-3 in OT.

Only a matter of time West London, only a matter of time :)
Great job boys, be proud of your efforts. Go Sting!
