I am Head Coach of a Sarnia Hockey Association Rec Leage Team

I understand I am to register my team and participating players for the Frozen Feburary Skills Competition

I understand that the Cost for this event is $0 - It was included in 2024/25 Registration Fees

I agree to abide by the limitations below while registering

Limitations:
1) Players are limited to participate in only ONE EVENT for which they are PRE-REGISTERED
2) NO SUBSTITUTES are permited
3)PARTICIAPTION IS VOLUNTARY - No Player should be forced to or coerced to attend

I understand that these events will be officiated by qualified Hockey Canada Officials - Referees & Linesman

I understand that the call on the ice will be final - No appeals will be accepted

I understand that by entering a player more than once - that player will be disqualified from the competition
