No Room for Abuse
There has been an increasing number of complaint this season within the U18/21 Division about on ice verbal abuse. It is understood though not condoned that chirping other players will happen within the game of hockey. However, it is not acceptable to use language that is demeaning, racial, abusive, discriminatory, vulgar, sexual or derogatory in nature while doing this. The officials have been notified to be on the watch and penalize the players as appropriate for this type of behaviour. Which may include players being suspended. Our league is intended to be a fun, safe league open to everyone. Lets finish this season off strong and let everyone enjoy their season.
