Sarnia hockey requires all players, coaches and helpers to have their Covid-19 vaccinations. There is the policy posted on the Sarnia hockey website.
You can upload your proof of vaccination under the Covid-19 tab on the website.
It only takes a few minutes and it will save you time at the rink.
