Scott Jones (Skills Coach-Vegas Golden Knights NHL @Pro Player Hockey Development)

Scott has been teaching hockey development for over twenty years and he continues to grow his teaching methods and techniques.  Through clear communication and positive reinforcement, Scott has a history of assisting players on all their skating and puck skills as well as creating a more clear picture of in game situations.  Scott spent 3 years with the Washington Capitals where the majority of the time he worked among the AHL prospects with the Hershey Bears. In March of 2017 Scott faced a very difficult but exciting decision when he made the move to the Vegas Golden Knights. The thought of starting with an association at the ground level and being part of an inaugural season was very intriguing and proved to be a great move.  Currently Scott is in charge of Skating and Skill Development with the Golden Knights and spends the majority of his time travelling across North America working with the prospects playing in the AHL, CHL and NCAA.
