PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETELY - Once this form is submitted, the SHA/JR-B Flag Skate Coordinator will contact the party lead and members with date(s) that are available. There is a requirement of 4 Skaters per evening. Each skater will be required to bring skates, gloves, helmet, and their team's game jersey. No sticks are required. We ask that applicants are able to skate independently without assistance and be strong enough to manage a 3 by 4 foot flag on a 4 or 5 foot mast. Each skater will require ONE identified escort. Each skater and escort will receive a game pass for the evening. Additional tickets to the game will be available at Sarnia Arena Front Gate for normal admission prices.
