Hello Team,

For the upcoming Richmond Hill Tournament, I have secured a block of rooms for us at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in the central area recommended by the tournament organizers. It is very well located near the 5 potential arenas we will be playing at. It also has a pool and a hotel restaurant & bar.

Since we don’t know the exact schedule we’ll be playing I’ve set it up so you can book one night (Feb 1^st) or two nights (Feb 1^st & 2^nd). The cancellation policy is restrictive (as usual) but there is the possibility of checking out a day early, whereby they will adjust the first night rate upwards to allow you to leave early.

The group room rates are $87/night (+tax) for a 2 Queen Bed Room with 2 Adults and 2 Kids. The rate goes up to $95/night if there is more than 2 adults in a room (which shouldn’t be an issue).
