Minor Atom '10, 2019-2020, AA (Sarnia Hockey)

Congratulations to the list of players below for being selected to this season's Minor Atom A/AA Team. The decisions were harder than anticipated and to all those who did not make this team, I wish you all the best with whichever team you play on, and I encourage you to make me regret not taking you by having a phenomenal season! 

Good morning everyone, again my apologies for the delay. As these decisions become more difficult, I wanted to take the time to individually speak to those who have been released to MD tryouts in advance of me posting the remaining roster.  Thank you for your patience and thank you to everyone who has been involved throughout these tryouts: the players, their parents, and all my volunteer helpers!! It's created a memorable experience, so thank you.  FINALLY, THE TEAM WILL BE SELECTED ON SATURDAY!!

Thank you deeply to those who are not listed as these decisions are tougher than I anticipated. As I have mentioned, if your son's name is not listed below, your next tryout is with MD and Head Coach Kevin Forbes on May 25. 

These are certainly the dreaded days in a coaches life... and I know you've read this before, but these decisions are far from easy. I sat with my five evaluators yesterday for hours to determine the roster listed below. The truth is, these players are so close in their skill and development that I am bound to make a wrong decision, and I encourage those who are not listed below to continue to work and hard and prove me wrong!  If your child's name is listed below, please report to the tryout Monday night at PASA 1 at 6:00-7:30pm. Thank you to all those who competed so hard at yesterday's skate - it made the evaluators job a difficult one.  As I advised all the participants, yesterday's skate was more of an assessment where if your child is not selected to continue with these tryouts, it is more a reflection of where they are at currently in their development.
