Again, a big thank you to all the kids that tried out for the team!! There is great skill depth in this age group. Decisions were incredibly difficult, but I think we managed to put together an amazing squad and I can't wait to get on the ice with you.

What an amazing group of kids to draw from. This age group is blessed with some amazing players and deep talent. The unfortunate side of that is that it means that there are very tough decisions to make when trying to move a team forward. I want thank all the kids for working their butts off throughout the tryouts. The following players are moving forward in the tryout process and playing in Sunday's exhibition game against the U13AA squad.

Hello and welcome! My name is Michael Krawetz and I will be Head Coach of this year's U14 BB/B Sarnia Sting squad.

I looking forward to getting things rolling for the new season with tryouts starting Monday May 5th at Clearwater Blue.

The following is a list of the scheduled tryouts:

Monday May 5th - 8-9:30 pm @ Clearwater Blue - Black vs. White scrimmage

Tuesday May 6th - 8-9:30 pm @ Clearwater Blue - Black vs. White scrimmage

Saturday May 10th - 9-10:30 am @ Clearwater Blue - Black vs. White scrimmage

Sunday May 11th - 1-2:30 pm @ Pat Stapleton - POSSIBLE EXHIBITION GAME or Black vs. White scrimmage

Important Note About tryout Jerseys: If you played in Sarnia/Lambton last season, please bring both your home and away jerseys to all tryout sessions. If you're coming in from out of town, PINNIES will be provided for you at the rink.

PARENTS, IF YOUR CHILD DID NOT PLAY FOR THE U13BB SQUAD LAST YEAR, PLEASE EMAIL ME ([email protected]) YOUR CHILD'S NAME, WHAT HAND HE SHOOTS, AND WHAT POSITION HE TYPICALLY PLAYS. As I put the scrimmage team's together, I am going to use that info to balance the squads and TRY to put your child in their favoured position.

To the kids, make sure you bring your "A" game, work hard and leave it all on the ice....
