  • Bio
Riley "the Rocket" Dearing has been playing hockey since he was 4 years old.  From instructional to house league where he decided he wanted to try out for the Sarnia Sting.  He has enjoyed playing Jeff Perry's 3 on 3 for the last couple of years.
Riley looks up to his older cousins Jordan and Blake Hayes who played Junior C hockey with Alvinston last year. His favourite part about the game is setting up goals and hanging with his buddies in the dressing room while cranking up the tunes.  When he is not playing hockey he enjoys playing baseball, video games and soccer.  He's looking forward to winning games and having fun this year with his teammates.
Riley played with great new found confidence against bigger, older opponents in Perry's 3 on 3 this spring. He was looking a lot like that other #87 that play's for the Penguins. So keep your eyes on Riley "the Rocket" this year, making plays and scoring goals!
