Fit Night and Parents meeting
Hello hockey family : Fitting night is Tuesday June 4th at 5:45pm at PASA arena ..The kids are working out at 8 pm at Sharkys and that’s where we will have our parents meeting.
Please meet out back of the building. Adam (who runs O2 Fuel ) is going to do a nutritional seminar for the kids (what to eat the night before the day off kinda stuff). Please bring paper and a pen for notes. The kids go from 8 until 9pm, so we will be there till then. If u have any questions please contact me before hand.
If you have not submitted jersey numbers, please do so by Monday June 3rd.
Please bring a cheque for $250 as seed money for Tuesday.
