Kershaw`s second goal late in the game gave Dante Club a 3-2 win over
Electrozad in the Sarnia Hockey Association midget tier 2 division.
Alexander Newall also supplied a goal and an assist in the win while teammates Alexander Dafoe and Bradley Cormier chipped in with one assist apiece. Zack Pearson answered with both goals for Electrozad. Parker Vandenboom assisted on the first goal and Josh Rice setting up the other. Both goalies Noah Ferrera (Dante Club) and Seth LeBlanc (Electrozad) provided some highlight saves to keep their teams in the game. In game two, Hayden Snauwaert scored twice and added two helpers as United Taxi topped Plater Financial 4-3. Noah Veenendaal and Cameron Burke both had a goal and an assist in the win. Seth Deelstra earned an assist. Joshua Nethercott answered with a goal and an assist while teammates Andrew Harron and Cole Brydges rounded out the scoring. Kurtis Allardyce supplied two assists and Kazimir Gudelis had one. Goaltenders Riley Hall (United Taxi) & Brett Kilner (Plater) came up with big saves and kept their teams in the hunt for a win.
