October 21st - October 27th 2013
So this week we are going to dial it up and add some dry land training to our practices.
You are more then welcome to stay for the duration of the practice but please don't feel like you are required too.
For Tuesdays practice there will be dry land training before the ice and Thursday there will be dry land training for 20 minutes after the ice.
This is how our week looks:
Tuesday, October 22nd @ Germain - 5pm dry land training, 6pm practice.
Wednesday, October 23rd @ 7pm - game in London (Check the calendar for the arena)
Thursday, October 24th @ Germain - 5pm practice, 615pm dry land training.
Saturday, October 26th @ 3pm - game in London. (Check the calendar for the arena)
Sunday, October 27th @ 4pm - game in Sarnia @ Germain vs North London Nationals Tier 2.
