The elite don’t just work harder than everybody else. At some point the elites fall in love with practice to the point where they want to do little else. This summer we will achieve our first challenge as a team; self dedication and sacrifice for the betterment of the team by shooting our 10000 pucks.  Make sure to log your shots, watch the video's and most importantly shoot with your friends.  Why shoot with your friends or parents, well it is more fun and you will get better faster.
