Bantam '02, 2016-2017, AA (Sarnia Hockey)

The Bantam Boys had a great weekend landing in the finals in the Best of the Best Tournament in Halton Hills this past weekend.   The tournament started with a great game against Burlington.  The boys beat Burlington 5-0 with Cormier in net and goals from Quinn, Levi, Jimmy, Kyle and Aidan.  We finished off the first day of the tournament playing home town Halton Hills with a hard fight and Crombeen in net with a loss of 4-2.  

Thank you to all the players who tried out for this year's team,  your hard work and talent made choosing the team extremely difficult. To the players released, be proud of your effort & best of luck in the upcoming hockey season.

Based on your excellent work and intensity at tonight's tryout, everyone is invited back to the final tryout on Sunday.  The players on the list below are scheduled to compete in the May 14th game at 12:30 (East Elgin Community Complex vs St. Thomas).

Happy Mother's Day & special thanks to all the mothers for letting us steal your sons away for a few hours on your special day. Thanks to all the players who attended the first two tryouts, your efforts are greatly appreciated & lead to some tough decisions.  For those released, we wish you the best of luck in the upcoming hockey season & remind you that you are invited to attend the MD tryouts which start later this month.
