Ayden Gruntz, Roster, Atom '06, 2016-2017, B/BB (Sarnia Hockey)

Ayden "Grave Digger" Gruntz loves to bury the puck 6 feet under in the net! This always smiling house league powerhouse started off his travel hockey career with a goal in his first game with us. Starting his career at the age 4, he proved a quick learner. 2 years of Instructional led to a championship year on the Orange Crush Novice team. As a member of the Blue Thunder Major Novice HL team led by Coach Voz, Ayden had a standout year sharing goal with Lynk and winning the teams "Best Dangler" award as a centre on the way to the league championship.
2015 was another great year for Ayden, playing centre fulltime on the Yellow Atom HL team. Ayden set a goal to play travel hockey making it to the 4th cut at the A/AA tryouts this past spring, then earning a spot with his friends on our Atom MD team.
Someday Ayden would like to play centre on the Canadiens with his favourite player, Alex Galchenyuk!
