Let me start by saying a BIG thank you to all the parents and players for embracing the tryout process this past week. I was extremely impressed with the courage, attitude and effort all the players demonstrated.
It’s fair to say that selecting this team was one of the toughest things I have had to do in my sports career, this is because of how many great players we have at this age group. As previously highlighted, the non-parent evaluators and I based our decision on the following:
