OFFICIAL GAME RESULTS
1) All SHA Rec League Games are officiated by registered & qualified Hockey Canada Officating Program (HCOP) referees & linespersons
2) All SHA Rec League Games will be assigned an off ice official* fulfilling the roles of TIME/SCORE KEEPER
3) All SHA Rec League Games shall use a paper game sheet supplied by SHA. It is the responsibility of the HOME TEAM to ensure the game sheet is available to the VISITING TEAM 15 min before scheduled game time
4) It is the responsibility of the HOME TEAM to ensure the game sheet is delivered to the Time Keeper 3 min before scheduled game time. Any delay in the game due to game sheet preparation could result in a Delay of Game Bench Minor being assessed.
5) The game officials are responsible to ensure the game sheet is complete prior to the start of every game. The game officials are responsible to ensure the game sheet is kept accurate throughout the game
6) The game's official result will be as recorded on the game sheet and verified by the game officials at the end of the game. Any dispute of the official game result can be sent to the Division Director in writing within 24hrs of the game completion.
7) All game results shall be forwarded to the League Convener for record on the Sarnia Hockey Website. League Convener's, at their discretion, may delegate coaches or other accountable person(s) to input official game results on the SHA Website League Results & Standings
8) It is the responsibility of the HOME TEAM to ensure the game sheet is delivered to the Division Mailbox and that any game ejections (GE), game misconducts (GM) or gross misconducts (GRM) penalties are reported to the League Convenor and/or Division Director within 24hrs.
9) Any person(s) who require access to the Sarnia Hockey Website Control Panel should request this through the Division Director to the SHA Web Admin in writing.
*Some SHA Rec League Games will be assigned more than one off ice official
