Ledher Teal - Team 1, Peewee Divison '03/'04, 2015-2016 (Sarnia Hockey)

This season's final standings still have not been clinched!  Jiffy Lube is safely sitting in 3rd Place, but that is it.  All other positions are still under competition.

Team Lehder played their first tournament of the season this weekend.  Playing for the North American Cup at the Glacier Pointe Ice Complex in Port Huron, Michigan.  Participating teams included Sarnia Dante Devils, Macomb Blazers, Rochester Racers, and St Clair Shores Rangers.

We are scheduled to get our pictures done this Saturday at 1100.  I've sent out an email with order forms and the schedule.  As well, I will be collecting money for namebars at practice this week and collecting jerseys after the game. 

Team Lehder's game this week started off with a lot of back and forth action.  Kody Heaman was the lone scorer in the first period with an unassisted goal that left Teal and Blue tied at 1 goal each. 

Team Lehder had their first taste of defeat this morning losing to Giant Tiger 9-1.  The game was hard fought and full of tense moments that could of swung the results the other way.  The team was out shot 29-12.  Steven Bolton faced a shot on goal almost every 30 seconds of game play.  Lehder's sole goal this morning was unassisted by Aiden Smith.  Valiant attempts were made on Giant Tiger's net minder Derek More by Adam Walker, Brady Pepper, Jess McNaughton, and Kody Heaman.  Aiden Newkirk had an outstanding 2nd period breakaway with a stretch pass from Lehder's goal line.  Kaden Johnston ...
