Team Lehder Faces Another Tough Advarsary
Team Lehder's game this week started off with a lot of back and forth action. Kody Heaman was the lone scorer in the first period with an unassisted goal that left Teal and Blue tied at 1 goal each.
The game continued to be close through the second period. Blue scored their 2nd goal at 7:03 and Teal answered back with another goal by Kody Heaman and assisted by Lexiann Marks at 6:47. Late in the 2nd period Blue was able to sieze control of the game and pulled the scoring away 6-3. Early in the 3rd Period, Lexiann Marks scored with a one-timer slammed into the top corner on the Blue net minder. Assisted by Noah Taylor. Blue was able to score an empty net goal while Teal was trying to close the gap with the extra man advantage. Final score this week was 7-3. Looking forward to next week when Teal takes on Green at home.
