Well players, we are less than one month away from starting our season and before you know it we will be playing our first tournament. I hope everyone is excited to start! This will be the last week of your homework! Here is the last assignment, you can complete this over as many days as you like! 1) 10 jumping jacks 2) Practice high knees 3) 10 pushups 4) Walking lunges 5) On the spot quickfeet 6)Do your helmet up 7) 50 Backhand shots 8) Sprints!! 9)Tie your own skates 10) 100 forehand shots

This week's assignments are.... 1) Practice quick feet for 5secs 3x 2) Sprints!! Have you parents or siblings be your start and stop lines, see how fast you can run!!! 2x 3)Shoot 100 pucks this week!!
