the midget-juvenile tier 1 division, Tim MacNaughton`s hat trick and one assist
helped propel Lakeshore Optimists to a 9-5 victory over Sarnia Cement.
Max Musico netted a pair of goals and added an assist in the win. Sebastian Grondin chipped in with a goal and an assist while singles went to Jacob Serratore, Nick Cooper and Mackenzie Fiddy. Drawing single assists were Curtis Steeves, Jamie Roberts and Naaman Burwell. Goalie Cameron Stevens earned the win. Spencer MacKinlay led the offence with two goals and two assists for Sarnia Cement. Clayton Peters, Matthew Raes and Caleb Bourgeois each had a goal and an assist. Bryce Dummitt had two assists and Kyle Robertson had one. Goalie Lennex Jagoo gave a valiant effort. In game two, Lehder Environmental scored six goals in the third period to defeat Cathcart Dental 9-2. Logan Tardif lit the lamp three times for Lehder. Collin Zimmer supplied two goals and two assists while teammates Carson Payne and Zach Roehler each earned two goals and one assist. Tyler Kapteyn, Conner Post and Vincent Lavoie drew one assist apiece. Goalie Cameron Stevens, in back to back games, helped Lehder with the win. Both Jacob Cottam and Tyler Oudman answered for Cathcart Dental with Spencer Baillie picking up a solo assist. Goalie Daniel Brush faced a lot of shots.
