U11 BB Tryouts Update #1
For those who will be attending our tryouts on Tuesday a few things to note:
I would ask that players arrive 30 minutes before the tryout time in order to be assigned their dressing room and tryout penny.
My plan will be to give all players access to both evaluations, thus no releases will be made until after the final tryout on Thursday.
Expectation is to have the finalised roster posted by mid day on Friday.
For those who are successful in making the roster there will be a mandatory parent meeting the following week (Wednesday May 17th) as we do an intro to the coach, the team, and plan for the 2023/24 season.
Details on the parent meeting are available on the updated BB event schedule.
As per the prior note, the first evaluation will be skills based containing quantitative type drills. The second evaluation will be a game type scenario looking at skills, but also focusing on Hockey IQ and compete level.
